Terms of Service

1) Service description

We provide vehicle condition assessment and buyer-assistance based on the information available at the time of inspection. Our results are an assessment, not a guarantee of the vehicle’s future condition and not a substitute for mechanical, legal, or expert investigations you may require.

2) Inspection scope and limitations

• Assessment covers observable conditions and checks within the agreed scope.
• We may not be able to verify hidden defects, prior repairs, or components not accessible during the inspection.
• Results reflect conditions at the time of inspection and the information provided by you and/or available on site.
• If access, documents, or necessary time are not available, our deliverables may be limited accordingly.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to purchase the vehicle and for any follow-up checks.

3) Deliverables

Deliverables may include an inspection report and recommendations for negotiation or next steps, depending on the selected service package. We do not act as a legal representative of the seller or buyer.

4) Scheduling and cancellation

We will coordinate an inspection date and time based on availability. If an inspection cannot proceed due to circumstances outside our control (including lack of access to the vehicle), the parties will reschedule when possible or agree on an alternative scope subject to feasibility.

5) Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nexulontechnologist.com (LLC) is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of inspection results. Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid for the relevant inspection, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

6) Consumer information and contract terms (Ukraine)

If you conclude a distance contract as a consumer, you will receive clear pre-contract information sufficient for your identification and the contract terms, and you must be able to access the contract terms before placing an order. 7) Personal data and contact forms

If you submit data through forms (including the contact/lead form on this site), we process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian requirements. We may rely on a lawful basis as appropriate, and where consent is required, we will collect it. 8) Commercial electronic messages
